SK Electric
Established a new sheet metal factory from the ground up
When i first joined SK Electric
I was the third person to join the company — the second had only started two days before me, the manufacturing line was like this:
⚠️ No equipment installed – only storage racks are in place.
⚠️ No 5S or safety requirements implemented.
⚠️ Working areas not defined – no workstations/functional zones.

More machine coming...
-
Collaborated with Process Engineers on machine configuration and selection
-
Worked closely with the Buyer on machine quotation and procurement
-
Coordinated local installation and electrical teams to set up production equipment

A team of 5 finished the beginning projects
In the beginning, there were no operators — my team and I learned every process from scratch. We completed the first five projects entirely on our own, laying a solid foundation for future production setup, including the creation of WO, SOP, and SWI.
I was doing assembly job for the first project

Trying to deliver parts to customer at 8pm
- Coordinated cross-functional team between engineering, quality, procurement, and production to track project milestones and resource allocation, project lead time cut down 30%.

Project for Client's PQ Review
- Implemented ISO 9000 system and client PQ audit, building end-to-end documentation, inspection templates, and training routines for production procedures; certified after two rounds of review.
- Led the preparation of comprehensive quality and production documentation, including Control Plan, PFMEA, Work Orders (WO), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Work Instructions (SWI), Supplier List, Calibration List, Shipping Records, IPQC Reports, etc.
