About Me

My name is Jiali (Adrian) Ma, I recently received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics and have recently graduated with honors from the University of Toronto. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong foundation in mechanical design, and manufacturing processes.

In addition to my academic achievements, I actively pursued co-op and internship opportunities during my undergraduate studies, enabling me to build a solid foundation for my future career.

Furthermore, I had the privilege of co-founding the University of Toronto Chinese hip-hop club, an experience that provided me with invaluable opportunities to develop expert leadership, negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.

In 2018, I enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering program at the University of Toronto, specializing in solid mechanics & design and mechatronics. Throughout my academic journey, I consistently achieved the Dean's Honored List recognition for three consecutive years. Delving deep into my major, I became fascinated with the practical application of theory, which motivated me to seek unique experiential opportunities in various workplaces.

Over the course of my studies, I was fortunate to engage in several mechanical engineering jobs, working on exciting projects. I had the chance to contribute to the manufacturing of satellite parts, collaborated on the design of Bosch E-bikes, optimized the process on the wiring of AMTRAK high-speed train, and quality control on the DPT vaccines.

These experiences allowed me to apply my knowledge and skills in real-world contexts, further solidifying my passion for engineering.
